New to the group

I am glad to join this group to assist in my new journey to being and living healthy. I was sleeved on January 16, 2019, and just had my one week follow up with the surgeon today. I am down 14 lbs and two points on my BMI and am excited!!! 80 lbs to go, but I know I can do it with the assistance of my new tools.

Welcome and just trust in yourself and the program and you will succeed.

Congrats on your decision to have the surgery and good luck as you progress from liquids to soft foods to regular foods and exercise. It really does work!
