Newest Bypasser

Hi everyone :) So I'm 24years old, female and on Monday the 21st of January 2019 I had my gastric bypass. So far everything is going great and I feel really lucky to be doing so well. I have to admit I did not do the pre-operative diet but this was decided through a consult with my surgeon; upon release from hospital on Wednesday the 23rd of January, I weighed exactly 120.2kg. I've decided I will wait until Monday to weigh myself again but I'm excited to heal and get myself on this journey back to health. Anyway, I'll stop rambling now, just wanted to say hi and if anyone has important tips on anything then please let me know ^_^ my water intake is great at 1.5-2.5L per day already! #hydrate hydrate hydrate
