Well done getting to 200. I'm in the same boat my my weight is 320 my goal is 185. If I can lose 140 in 8 months like you I'll be so happy. Did you get the bypass and have you been on any exercise regime or just eating better??

thank you. I had the bypass. And i am eating better and exercising to tighten up the loose skin i have now.
