    Wow...that's crazy!! Well I was ok till the egg ...so I am back to broth and jello..I can have oatmeal with protein no problem. So far I have lost 16 pounds..its been 14 days..so I feel ok.. hope you

My mom has bypass like10-11 years ago and she has similar issues with a lot of the soft foods. Maybe give your stomach another week to heal and try again?

I am 9 weeks post op for a sleeve and still having issues with vomiting with soft and normal foods. Having to go for a barium swallow and gastroscopy to see if it's the sleeve that's too tight or something else going on. It's not pleasant vomiting so often and makes protein hard to take in unless it's in a shake. My excess weight loss in 2 months is already 50% of the excess weight which is a bit too much too quickly hence the investigations

Sometimes it's 2 steps forward and 1 back, I guess nothing in life is a perfect forward motion. Oh well, I guess we have the rest of our lives to get all these things right. ???
