Looking for advice if you after 2 years and steady maintain, then started to creep up and 7lbs are there before you know it, what did you do to get it back in check and drop the gain?

Trying something new may get the scale to move.. Some change diet plans to keto, intermittent fasting, paleo, vegan etc... It's easy to go off track a bit. I had to clean up my diet and find my discipline. I went back to basics. logging food, exercise and hydrating. I played with my calories and macros to find where my body loses weight again.

Wishing you the best in finding what works,
