Xmas Potluck

Christmas Potluck at Work

4 members have voted

  1. 1. Why did I suggest a Xmas potluck at work (happening now) when I am on bland puree?

    • Because I am a sucker for punishment.
    • Because of the holiday spirit!
    • Because eating 3 cheese cubes and 4 green beans is a feast worthy of the Gods.

I am on bland puree (absolutely no seasonings) for 10 weeks. Why did I do this?

So, I ate 3 shrimp, 3 cheese cubes, a pepperoni slice, and 4 green Beans. DANGER ALERT! I had to get up and walk around a bit. I think that was 1 shrimp and a cube too many. lmao.

Tell me how judgy I am though. I couldn't help but look around the table at everyone eating heaping plates of Doritos and cake and mac n cheese and meatloaf and potatoes and just think about how utterly disgusting it was. I was like HOW ARE THEY ALL EATING ALL OF THAT? THAT IS SO GROSS!

Uh, hello. That was me 6 weeks ago. Insane-o.

Why no seasoning? First time I’ve ever heard that.

Because I have an ulcer.

It's all good. I think it's healing up. I had something cold for the first time today which rules. Ice chips for life!
