Something Wierd.. 5 Min of Burping

So something weird just happened to me. I finished dinner a while ago and decided to have a SF Popsicle. About halfway though the SF Popsicle I had to stop. I felt like I had trapped air in my airways. And then came the pressure and burping to get it all out. Almost like I started liquids all over again at the beginning. Anybody have any idea what may have caused that? I have had SF Popsicles before and never had it happen. It was a really weird sensation and I would like to try and avoid it in the future but not really sure what caused it to begin with.
