3 days in to liquids....

...and oddly not hungry. I definitely feel like I'm missing something, but not necessarily food. I'm a little bit tired, but mostly just fine. A few pounds dropped off, but Premier stops me up like no tomorrow. So what I'm saying is......NOT SO BAD!!!

Pound the water, get into the habit of consuming upwards of 128 oz of water a day if possible. Not only will it help ease and prevent constipation, but your body uses water to process fat. If you don't get it the minimum it needs (current research shows 90-110 oz of water a day is the requirement for a normal human) the fat loss *will* suffer. It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't when you start working at it. Good luck!

I am constantly drinking water but probably not getting 128! Probably in the range of 80ish. I'm alternating Premier days and yogurt days as per my doc, which helps. Then liquids next Tuesday and BAM, surgery day!!!!

OK. 4 days in and I'm hungry now. Food smells make me swoon. That is all. I have lost some poundage though.
