Syntrax Nectars

Does anyone know the secret of making the Syntrax Nectars not look like they are curdling? Cause so far I like them they don't taste awful and artificially sweetened. Should i blitz them in a blender instead of just dump and stir?

A blender is best. If you have the bottle with the shaker ball inside, it’s a step up from a fork or spoon though and less of an investment if you do not currently own a blender.

  • I use Ozarka bottled water, and use a shaker bottle. Then I overnight em in the fridge and stir again before drinking. It defoams em.

I don't even have luck with a blender. They always clump for me.

I find most of them OK with a blender bottle. When I actually put them in a blender, they foam up and it takes FOREVER for the foam to go down to where it is drinkable (note, I generally drink the lemonade and fuzzy navel).

These are the only protein drinks I can tolerate at this point in my journey...I have discovered if I mix them in a blender bottle the night before or the morning of and let them sit in the fridge I have the best results in decreasing the foam and the clumps. I also shake as I drink. I love Syntrax Nectar, I do fuzzy navel the most for now.
