I gained 3 lbs one month post op I’m kinda freaking out I was doing so well but I started eating normal! My stomach takes food well ? any helpers please ?

I would suggest going back to the basics. You are stating you are eating normal. Do you mean normal amounts? Did you up the carbs?

I do not know how many you should eat a day. I will be sleeved tomorrow LOL.. You may want to ask your surgeon how many you should be eating daily. One thing they told us in our meeting is to make sure we eat the protein first, then the veggies, then if you have room carbs, but it should be asbolutely last. There are some complex carbs we were told we could not have until we have lost 75% of our excess weight. You may want to reach out to your doctor or the nutritionist that works with your team to get your specifics.

I gained 2 lbs I’m 4 weeks post op. I just started my period so I’m hoping that’s what it is for me! So I totally understand how you feel!!!
It could be that @LovingMeTiffani!!! Girlies we need to look good for the summer so I’m keeping on with my protein. Those 3 lbs will be gone as fast as they appeared!
