I gained 3 lbs one month post op I’m kinda freaking out I was doing so well but I started eating normal! My stomach takes food well ? any helpers please ?

I’m solid foods not a trigger food I’m out out to eat and low calories on the menu I’m 4 weeks out

Omg girl!! Me and you both feel the same it’s so hard I’m 3 weeks out also down 45 lbs but I do regret everything is so much hard but I’m trying to keep my head up and keep going
