5 Weeks Post- Mini Gastric Bypass SUFFERING

Hi, it has been almost 5 weeks since my mini gastric bypass and I am suffering. pain every-time i eat, although I have not vomited I feel like vomiting, feels like food is constantly stuck in my esophagus. I did the 2 weeks of liquid and 3 weeks of puree, I am not really touching solid foods, but had tuna yesterday was ok, today I had tuna and i am shrivelled on the floor in pain for several hours already.

This is a nightmare, i regret having the surgery so much, anyone had a mini gastric bypass? pls share your story

I didn't have mini, I had regular RNY, but I am one week out and food and liquids are getting caught in my esophagus too. It is extremely uncomfortable and has made me dehydrated because I don't want to drink. I've been eating 2 or 3 of my 5 meals a day. They told me it could be a stricture but it's too early to tell. Have they checked you for that?
