It's more likely it's due to being properly hydrated now. Although cutting sugars, alcohols and caffeine will help out to some extent (depending on the research you are looking at) as well, but I fee

Hi All! I've found some studies that suggest that some weight loss surgery patients are more prone to migraines post-op, however at almost 15 weeks post-op myself I'm finding the opposite and have not had a single headache. I wonder if it's because I've cut sugar, alcohol and caffeine from my diet? Curious if anyone else is experiencing this amazing benefit?
