Hey y'all, my surgery is on November 30th. I used to be thinner than I am now (like... 130 lbs thinner lol) but I feel like when I was lighter, exercising wasn't so freaking HARD. I feel like even the smallest amount of exertion and I'm exhausted, and I hate that. I feel like all of my limbs are so heavy and I'm lugging my own body around???
Have y'all found that exercise is any easier post-surgery? I'm planning on starting off with simple walking until I'm cleared to swim, because I love being in the water, and I want to introduce little fitness classes as well. Just wondering what the experiences have been!
