I am trying to get out the word in person by speaking in a forum. I am having a hard time finding who to contact, and if there are forums out there to speak in person about my experiences and what patients will go through. (i.e. Forums in San Francisco)

Just to be clear, you are looking for contacts from hospitals so you can go and be a guest speaker?
I don't think anyone here (all patients) is going to really be the best place to ask that question. This really needs to be directed to each hospitals PR contacts, which can be found by going to each hospitals website.
