Liquid diet tips

I’m scheduled for sleeve surgery on 10/9. I currently have a lap band so will have that removed at the same time. I did the 2 week liquid diet 7 years ago when I had the lap band operation. I tried the liquid diet again a few weeks ago and I went crazy! Any tips, advice on what protein shake to drink?

Labrada is my favorite - pricier than premier though. Also bigger bottles so post-op they last an extra meal.

I use powder form and make my own. Allows to make it as thick or thin as I want and usually add things like spinach or banana etc.

I like Labrada chocolate drink. Also protein water for hydration

I use premier. Only downfall is they use sucralosr but they taste great and there’s lots of flavors. If it has to be clear there isopure zero carb. Haven’t tried it yet but I’m drinking it for my preop.

Premier makes a good clear drink now too. 20g of protein per bottle.

I enjoy the premier protein - pre mixed, but have also purchased powder form.

I only tried a vanilla premier and hated the taste of the sweetener used, especially the after taste. Maybe I would have liked some of the other flavors but really enjoyed the powder so just stuck to that.

Which premier clear are you using? I but the tropical punch and even before surgery it was going down like a brick. I hate to make such a big investment in the product only to find the other flavors are hitting me the same way
