Woke up with pain in side

Hey all—

I am 5 days post op from sleeve surgery. I finally was able to sleep on both sides and slight stomach sleep last night. I wake up this morning to sharp pain on right side under rib cage with pain radiating to neck/shoulder of same side. Have a hard time taking a deep breath but can if done slowly. No nausea. Sipping water so far today is fine.

Thoughts?

Could,be leftover gas pressure, a simple muscle ping, but for peace of mind speak to your doctor.

Would definitely suggest you contact your doc. Could be gas pain, could be gall bladder, could be nothing. Best to be safe.

So I hope you woke with less pain today! Pain makes you so weary fighting it.
