Newbie in NY

Hi,

I am starting my path to the lap band procedure. I sat through a seminar last November and decided to wait a bit. I am going to another seminar in December and plan to move forward with the procedure.

Any suggestions or words of wisdom?

    Hi! I had my lap band yesterday! I am thrilled that I decided to go ahead and do it. I am feeling real good but just a little sore. I have not been nausiated or sick in any way. Good luck to you!
