Calorie intake

Hi everyone! I want to know kinda where people with the sleeve surgery are at with daily calorie count and how many months post stop are you? Please share! I want to know if I’m close to where others might be at. Thanks guys!

Heather_A I was having a hard time with water intake. I set my apple watch to vibrate every 15 mins and I take a few sips, I've been able to get 48oz plus my protein shakes. I'm 2.5 weeks post surgery. I've found adding Crystal Light makes it easier.
