Weight stalled

Hi all after 40days from post op been so difficult to drink and eat in my case but i try my very best to keep myself hydrated. I was 111kg before my op and now at 105kg it seems to be at the same weight since 2 weeks. I wonder if it has stalled or will it take more time to react to a weight loss. Today i had a strange sharp pain on my op area and i realized having my periods there after it was a heavy flow for one time and then it was reduced to very little. I got worried and will be seeing my surgeon tmr incase its a leakage that occured. Anyone had the same symtoms as mine. Do share your experience. Have a great day ahead. [emoji4]

I had a stall a couple of weeks in. I added daily walks to my routine and now I’m adding some resistance training. That seems to help!

As far as your pain- I am sorry to hear that. It is good that you are seeing your surgeon about it. I only experienced pain the first few weeks at my lower incision sites (I had 6 total) because they were right where my pants hit and it pulled a lot.

And as far as periods- this is actually a topic I wish I had asked about before surgery! You will have to report back. Mine has been all over the place despite being on BC.
