I'm assuming DFW stands for Dallas-Fort Worth.

No lol, but I was looking for local people to maybe hang out with, work out, etc.

I used to live in El Paso. Different time zone. Different climate. More like living in New Mexico.

Loved the mountains, but missed all the rain and snow normally in Missouri.

I might be moving to Houston. I am going to visit in a few weeks to see what areas I want to live in.

Really, Buzz, you're waiting 'til August to see what part of Texas you want to live in? Are you insane? You move to Texas in the winter so that by the time summer rolls around it's too much trouble to move again!

I am just visiting, I still have to put my house on the market. It's a process.

Sorry about that yes DFW stands for Dallas-Fort Worth it's just the short version when you say DFW in Texas everyone already automatically knows that they are speaking of Dallas-Fort Worth area sorry
