Im new im still a little lightheaded, but starting to feel human again! HW 347, SW 333, GW 220. CW 321. I havnt been moving around much, Im going to get moving and hopefully make better progress. I was having so many regrets the last week but feeling better now.

I turned 52 on July 2! So, it was a good day for both of us! Keep up the great work and remember, it gets better...

I had surgery also on July 2ndand I am not losing weight as fast as I would like. I am a little down but I will get better.

Im finally feeling a little normal. Still on "pureed" but can eat an egg over medium now takes several nibbles just to complete a teaspoon of anything
