VSG July 2nd

Im new :) im still a little lightheaded, but starting to feel human again! HW 347, SW 333, GW 220. CW 321. I havnt been moving around much, Im going to get moving and hopefully make better progress. I was having so many regrets the last week but feeling better now.20180511_191242.jpeg

    I had surgery also on July 2ndand I am not losing weight as fast as I would like. I am a little down but I will get better.

    Thank you :) how much have you lost since surgey. I have only lost 14 as of today

    Im finally feeling a little normal. Still on "pureed" but can eat an egg over medium now :) takes several nibbles just to complete a teaspoon of anything

    5.6 lbs. i need to walk more maybe.
