Down 98 pounds, 30 more to go picture is from day of surgery July 18, 2018 and other is Memorial day weekend this year and my engagement weekend...whoop!!

I have the same thing now pain on the right side. The doc called in something for nausea ,Our dates are the same.

I can only get down 1 ounce an hour

My surgery is today also and deal with depression and anxiety. They took me off my meds and I have been crying at everything even watching Cake Wars lol.

I miss my protein shakes they kept me full.....this liquid diet is for the birds

lol I just had red crystal light and red jello for breakfast....I believe you are right about the colonoscopy....O still have the mag cit to drink that i am dreading.

I have one week of protein shakes and one day of liquid diet before surgery I think the protein is helping me but I am freezing!!

Boyfriend is from Alabama and got me into football lol
