I just wanted to give a shout out to every person and or lady that commented on my post yesterday who gave me words of encouragement advice and so on thank you thank you thank you I woke up this morning and scheduled an appointment to see my surgeon who did my sleeve in order to get me some help to see a counselor to work on my deeper issues I also down loaded an app to help me do a food journal and to keep up with my calories carbs fats and protein I also called The Aquatic Center and made an appointment to start swimming exercises I just wanted to say thank you today is a much better day you guys have been awesome in me taking the courage to take these steps in order to get the weight off again thank you thank you thank you[emoji5] [emoji5] [emoji5]

Thank you I hope it does too I'm really taking it serious and being very mindful just taking one moment at a time one day at a time trying to make good choices and I hope that the work pays off and this weight comes off[emoji5]
