Post op diet!

Hi all!

I’m currently three weeks with my little banana and I’m on soft food. So yesterday I tried an egg scrambled and I felt rubbish. So I just had a couple of ounces of cottage cheese for lunch and dinner and my tummy settled.

So today I really didn’t feel great light headed and generally lethargic so I decided to make some extra lean mince beef and it went down fine. I took it super easy and I feel great. I feel warm and I have energy.

I just thought it was weird that I couldn’t stomach one soft scrambled egg but I managed a serving spoon of mince? The body is crazy.

Total loss since post op diet is 36lbs!

Don't write them off if you enjoy them. Just give yourself another week or 2 before giving them another go.
