My surgery is July 11th. My last pre-op appointment is tomorrow. I’m worried because I was 347 at my last appointment and I’m 355. Who is having surgery this month? I’d love to talk to people who are in the same stage.

6 days on this full liquid and the 7th day is clear liquids only. But my first day has been ok so far, now the later it gets, is when I might have a struggle. But I'm going to push through

I had to start last Monday with two protein shakes and a healthy choice meal. It’s going ok. Sort of hungry but I am getting better. The first three days were terrible
