1 month post op today

Today I am exactly one month post op and I have lost a total of 28 pounds I feel great. I struggle eating but managing to get my calories in as directed. My biggest issue is protein, because I can’t stand the protein drinks anymore and with the small amounts of food I can eat I worry it’s not enough. Any suggestions on alternative ways to get my protein in would be greatly appreciated.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend ?

You could buy some unflavored protein powder, add it to hot liquids like soups or even bake with it (pancakes, muffins...).

MdmMardott. Which unflavored protein powder did you use? I tried GenePro and it was disgusting. Returned it to Amazon. Thank goodness they take returns like that. Is there one that has no horrible after taste?
