My iron and vitamin d were really low after my surgery. I had to up the doses of both. I don't have a ton of energy now, but it's better than it was.

I'm almost a month post-op, I've lost 15-20 pounds (fluctuating). I'm having trouble with my energy levels! I get plenty of fluids and protein and i'm taking all my vitamins. When i get home from work i almost immediately want to fall asleep! Every day i say to myself tomorrow i will workout... I do stand and walk a lot at work, just not sure if its enough to keep losing weight, stalled just after week 1. Any other newbies struggling with energy?
