  1. Congrats everyone! We are all doing great it seems like! Down 58! Super excited, even though i thought i was losing slow! Struggling with low energy and motivation to exercise! Whats everyone else doing right now for their exercise routine?
  2. I was so scared when i found out what happens to bariatric patients that don't take their vitamins, it may not happen today or two years from now but eventually it will happen (teeth chipping or falling out, fragile bones etc. ... that should help motivate you. I hope this helps motivate you a little, i know its super hard to change our bad habits, It will be a lifetime battle for most of us. Good luck!!
  3. That used to happen to mine when i would but them in the fridge right next to the cooler, i thought maybe they were getting too cold? I put them on a lower shelf now and haven't had that problem since!
  4. Ok that's fine, ill do me and you do you.
  5. It really is! I've noticed that after joining this site, everybody has a different journey but its nice to know all the options everyone gets!
  6. Yes she did, she actually told me my stomach would break down the gummy better than taking regular pill vitamins. I've had no problems with the gummies and my vitamins levels are great. My sisters NUT also recommended gummies to her and we had different surgeons and NUT. She had surgery 4 years ago.
  7. No i actually use Smarty Pants Women's Complete, i get all my NUT recommended vitamins. I also take an extra calcium gummy.
  8. My NUT recommended i take my vitamins in gummy form, i get them all from costco! (multivitamin, calcium, biotin) I love them like little treats i get to eat throughout the day!
  9. I was sleeved May 15th. Down 41 pounds today. I went through a very long stall that started around week 4-5 and i got discouraged and started to slip back into my old habits of bad food choices. But after gaining 1/2 a pound i decided to get back to a strict diet. Premier Protein drink breakfast and lunch, high protein snacks, healthy dinner & vitamins. I started losing again! Always having healthy snacks available really help me stay on track, my favorites are pacific gold beef jerky from costco (they come in little bags) and sargento balanced breaks (cheese, nuts, dried fruit) & crystal light drink packets! Haven't really exercised yet, we've had the biggest heat wave and we don't have a/c so i sweat enough!
  10. I'm the same, i hate sweet stuff! I'm way more of a savory person! I still drink my two protein drinks a day, but now i get to add my savory tid bits during the day and dinner which gets me through! Good luck, you're almost there and it gets better!!
  11. We were sleeved a day apart, and you're losing faster than me! Keep it up! It could always be worse
  12. @Tealael i started following you because i thought you were crushing it with those numbers! only 20 to go! I'm looking forward to being that close to my goal! Good luck!
  13. I just got two bottles of biotin gummies at Costco at a great price, I'm crossing my fingers i don't lose hair either! Good luck!
  14. Thank you! I'll have to give that app a try!
  15. Thank you for giving me perspective! After the pain is gone its easy to forget i had major surgery!
  16. I'm almost a month post-op, I've lost 15-20 pounds (fluctuating). I'm having trouble with my energy levels! I get plenty of fluids and protein and i'm taking all my vitamins. When i get home from work i almost immediately want to fall asleep! Every day i say to myself tomorrow i will workout... I do stand and walk a lot at work, just not sure if its enough to keep losing weight, stalled just after week 1. Any other newbies struggling with energy? Thanks for reading xx
