    Yes! I did the Optifast as well. It sucks for the first 3-5 days. Don’t cheat or it’ll be worse. If you’re on any meds for high blood sugar, check your bg levels all the time. I ended up stopping mine

  • Withdrawals and dehydration... up your water intake and see if that helps. It takes water to flush out your system, so drink up!

Yes! I did the Optifast as well. It sucks for the first 3-5 days. Don’t cheat or it’ll be worse. If you’re on any meds for high blood sugar, check your bg levels all the time. I ended up stopping mine after 4 days cause I was bottoming out. Once I started drinking about 96oz of water a day, I felt better as well.
