Ear blocked

Right guys this is driving me nuts!!
Im 3 weeks post op and every time i eat or drink my left ear feels like i have water in it i can hear myself for a good hour or so after. Does anyone else have this issue? I’ve tried everything from an ear clean to trying to pop it and nothing is getting rid of if

    Might want to see a doctor about that... not sure how it could be related to the surgery exactly, but, still, get a doctor to check into that.
