Pre op diet

My Dr doesn't require a 2 week liquid diet like most people who I read about. Just a low carb.

Is this out of the norm? Should I go on one anyhow to make it easier on myself for surgery?

    I would consider yourself lucky and just follow your surgeons advice! If you are really worried, you could always replace a meal a day with a protein shake.
