UTI post surgery

So I’m unfortunately no stranger to UTIs, had a handful in my life. They were no fun pre surgery. BUT I have a UTI now (6 months post op) and I swear it’s worse somehow. And it just crept up on me. One ER visit at 2am and 2 medicines later I’ll be on the road to health again, but public service announcement—stay hydrated and all that other jazz to prevent infections, this is Miserable ?
