By the time we set sail, I’ll be just over 7 months post op... I’m thinking WAY ahead of myself but of course the cruise excitement is getting to me. I’ve cruised tons of times but with a full stomach (and have gained way too much [emoji23])
Anyone been on a cruise post WLS? How was it for you? I’m nervous about struggling with my water intake and vitamin regimen...
We are going with a pretty large group (15 People) and only 3 of them know of my surgery so of course I’m also worried about the looks I’ll get for not feasting on all of the cruise food lol.
I feel like by 7 months I should have my routine down packed but we all know how vacations are. ??♀️
