Post op day 2 surgery Wednesday. Need support regretting.

It's a process and everyone is different I'm 5 months post and 50 pounds down I still get the gurgling stomach. I keep Tums on my car, purse, and beside my bed. Take it slowly, don't worry about heavy exercise right now. Concentrate on learning your new eating habits. Don't be surprised if you find it comes and goes. I'm 7 weeks and my acid is aweful. Now I came from the lap band to the sleeve. I know it's temporary but it is the worse feeling in the world. Im still not comfortable eating meats so I don't. Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app -

Food wont stay down

My doctor told me to back off of some solid foods (meats have a hard time going down). My biggest problem is I'm eating too fast ( I kinda of knew this). So today I'm going to reset, I also don't think I'm eating enough or often enough so I'm going to keep my premier protein drink on hand and sip on it between meals and through out the day. Hopefully this will help. -

I'm five weeks out and I still get that. Some days are better than others. The acid reflux, heart burn, and nausea are no joke. I'm at the doctor's office now for a follow up. My surgery was 2/27/18 and I'm down 30lbs. Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app -
