November Exercise Challenge!

boxing.gifCome on, Crazy Ates! Lets get moving! whoo.gif

This months goal is to get three exercise days per week, for a total of 12 days of exercise this month.

For those who made that goal last month and want to step it up a knotch, I challenge you to 20 days of exercise.

This is the kind of exercise that makes you break a sweat, gets your heart pumping, burns calories and tones those tushies!

(Be sure to consult your doctor before starting a new exercise program.)

Please post your name and exercise goals to this thread.

TexasBecky - You are my new hero! Thanks for the exercise inspiration. I will be right there with you for December! :girl_hug:

Well just like last month it took me until the last day to finish the challenge, but I made it! Walked for 40 minutes today.

I'm being bold and brave (and possibly foolish and unrealistic!!) but I increased my # of workouts for December.

Always gotta stretch, right?
