Protein shake meal replacement

I’ve begun doing protein shake meal replacements. I’ve been having a protein shake as my breakfast. I’m having trouble staying full. I’m using Syntha-6 protein. Any tips on how to feel full longer? Any protein shake suggestions? Anything that you have done for those of you with this same struggle?

Are you pre or post surgery?

I've been trying to slowly do the same thing you do. The protein shake isn't filling me up, so I'm drinking A LOT of water to try to help myself feel full. I start my liquid diet in less than 10 days and I'm getting nervous because I'm in the same boat.

If you're trying to simulate "full", my trick was sugar-free jello. Don't chew it well, just enough to swallow. It seems to hang out in your stomach a while and fill you up.
