No liquid diet exactly but 3 weeks of their boxed foods of a very low calorie diet. Didn't even have to do liquids the days before.

Well that's good! My Dr wants 10 days of liquids

Congratulations to both you and SleevedJuneBug,you are both going to do good,still takes work but I believe you,can do it, reach out to each other for support its so much easier when you have a friend.
