Hit the refresh button

Without going in to all the detail, I've experienced some major life changes in the last six months. I've also found that I've gained 10 pounds. I'm at 18 months post op and I am no longer uncomfortable when I overeat.

How do you keep motivated? How do you hit your refresh button each day? What are your eating habits at goal weight?

Thanks everyone.

What kind of surgery did you have? Are you drinking while eating or failing to do the 30-30? Do you eat dense protein first? How much volume/weight are you eating at meals? Do you log what you eat? Do you snack all day? How many times are you eating? Do you drink alcohol? Are you eat a lot of carbs? :D
