My Dr. has had me on the high protein and shakes diet for about 3 weeks. I'm finding it very difficult to cook for my husband. What can I do?:help:

I have gone for the app't to meet etc. and can book when I wish. I just haven't got the nerve yet to call and book. Good Luck and no it is not too late. I am 53 and thought that but when I checked it out.....I was incorrect.
