Transition from full liquid to soft diet

So far so good. I had some soupy oatmeal for breakfast this morning with just a little Truvia brown sugar on it. I chewed, chewed and chewed. I am having a boiled egg for lunch.

Give me some ideas for soft diet please. I am so tired of soup.

I ate La Preferida fat free refried beans and fat free cottage cheese as some of my go to meals/snacks.

Can't do cottage cheese....it's a texture thing (and possibly smell too LOL) I did buy some refried beans. I had some cooked carrots and a boiled egg for lunch.

Thank you!

I liked tuna salad

I'm still on purees---last night I took some canned chicken breast and mashed it up with a bit of BBQ sauce. Added some peas and it was plenty!

Yogurt is another option
