2 months post op..and lost 38lb

I am officially almost two months post op and I have lost 41 pounds!! How much did y’all lose two months out?


I’m 16 days post op, how often do you work out, also what does your diet look like on a regular day?

I know this is a bad habit, but I don’t workout and I pretty much eat whatever, but my tastes have changed so I usually eat like chicken and stuff like that


I am 8 weeks out tomorrow and are 38.5 lb down. My average calorie intake since I moved to puree/soft/solids is just under 700 per day.

Almost 8 weeks, down 32lbs. Around 11% of my surgery day weight.
