  3. At first it was kind of slower and I even gained some as I transitioned from barely being able to sip on water to being able to eat soups and actual food but after about a month it started happening more quickly for me. Good luck!

  9. I am officially two and a half months out and I am down 50.6 pounds as of today! I am so happy that I chose to go through with gastric sleeve surgery out of pocket and am amazed at my progress and how far I’ve come

  11. For some weird reason, I didn’t have to do any pre-op diet, I just was NPO after midnight the day before I had surgery, I went in 309lbs on the morning of my surgery, and I weighed today at my two month post of visit and weighed 268lbs
  12. I know this is a bad habit, but I don’t workout and I pretty much eat whatever, but my tastes have changed so I usually eat like chicken and stuff like that
  13. I am officially almost two months post op and I have lost 41 pounds!! How much did y’all lose two months out?

  15. I weighed myself for the first time since having surgery on 2/27 and am already down 13.2 pounds! I weighed 299.8 on the morning of surgery and now weigh 286.6! This is so crazy because I was thinking I had only lost like five pounds[emoji23] what did you lose your first couple of weeks?

  17. If I ever get to the point where I’m feel like I’m going to go crazy I’m definitely going to have to try it
  18. Yeah I can’t bring myself to do it, I’m scared that after I do that I’ll end up building an unhealthy relationship with food and end up going crazy with food when I can eat normal food again
  19. It’s so bad it’s gotten to the point to where I almost wanna chew on food just to get the flavor and feeling of chewing and then spit it out[emoji23]
  20. I am eating sugar free Jell-O, sugar free pudding, Greek yogurt and chicken broths, I eat maybe 2-3 bites and I just put it down because it isn’t something I enjoy doing, the most I have eaten in one Day is a sugar free Jell-O cup and water
  21. I’m not even hungry, and as soon as I begin to eat something, I just have no desire to eat at all
  22. I am 4 days post gastric sleeve, I am not hungry at all, yet I am craving every kind of food known to man. I mostly desire cheez-it’s and zaxbys buffalo chicken tenders, and thin crust pizza. I’m not going to give into it, but is anyone else having cravings like this? I can’t stop thinking about when I get to the soft food stage and can finally have something other than broths and Jell-O and Greek yogurt I am so miserable [emoji31]
  23. I am four days gastric sleeve post op and concerned about one of my incisions being infected. Does it look infected to anyone else?
