Pain control

I see a pain specialist because I am in constant pain after having my back fussed 5 years ago. I told her about my upcoming surgery. She said that she should be managing my pain after the RNY.

Anyone else have a pain specialist do this for them after WLS?

I too am a chronic pain patient after failed back surgery. I did let my PM doc know about my surgery. He had no problem letting my surgeon manage my pain post op. It is all up to the PM Dr in the end though.
