Shower dizziness

Does anyone else have trouble getting light-headed and dizzy when they shower? I figure maybe my skin blood vessels dilate and that lowers my blood pressure but it's a pain holding to something with one hand and soaping up with the other. Almost hate getting clean there!

How far out are you from surgery? I got dizzy spells when getting up at about 6 weeks through 12 weeks out. The doctor said it was my blood pressure dropping as well as some dehydration. More liquids

Try showering after you have had some protein. that helped me. And make sure your water isn't too hot.:)

Do you have a shower stool? I have to use one to wash up good "down there" as well as shave my legs. It could help if you don't have a ledge in your shower.

Try taking a cooler shower.
