I'm 3 weeks out as well, and I definitely get Sharp pains. For me it's mostly gas, I literally walk it off or stretch.

Nothing major at all. I lift my arms in the air and bend from side to side and or turn my upper body from side to side. I really just try to get moving. However this works for me, everyone is different.

Keep track of your temperature and heart rate. If either or both are up...go get checked out at urgent care.

If not, call your surgeon's office in the morning.
