You’ll do great! Stay strong through the preop diet. You made it this far and now you’re almost to the finish line. Congratulations!!!

You can do this if you stay committed, won't be easy to make it through the liquid diet but remember you're doing this for your future good health. It seems from what I have read, the people who stay compliant before have smoother surgeries and heal better. I'm convinced enough that when my time comes and it could be as close as next month, I will cross every t, dot every i.so that my,own will be smooth as silk. I already have a handicap, I am older so I may not heal as quick & have more pain. This I know going in but I still want surgery, I need this tool to help me, I can't do what I need on my own. And I want to live, no matter how many or few years I may still live.[emoji3]
