Pre work outs after surgery?

Hi, well my surgery was March 13th[emoji1] and was really wondering since caffeine isn't in my diet anymore, is there any pre work out drink that are bariatric friendly.

I have taken numerous different preworkouts since surgery, but i also didn't quit caffeine as my sleeve handled it fine. That being said, n.o. explode makes a very good caffeine free variation. https://www.amazon.com/BSN-XPLODE-Pre-Workout-Supplement-Beta-Alanine/dp/B00KZNOYI6/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1527561673&sr=8-1&keywords=n.o.+explode+caffeine+free

I use beyond raw- lit-gummy fish flavor...love it.

But I only use a pre work out on days I just can't get going...

You may have to try a few...just to see what works best for you...my husband uses one brand and I use another...

Most of the time there are free samples at gnc...just gotta ask for them?
