Watching twin nieces (how old are they anyway?) could count as a vigorous gym session in its self. Climb in the playpen yourself, that way they can't get to you and you'll be safe![emoji64][emoji14][e

Caring for two nine month olds...when you're not used to it...is exercise enough.

I regretfully report I haven't been to the gym in 7 days now. I regretfully report I haven't weighed myself in the same amount of time. I'd say that I am going back tonight, or tomorrow, but I'd be lying. I had another bout of shingles (the most severe complication of surgery) this week. As a result, I have a 1,000 errands to run tonight and I'm watching my twin nieces all day, all night tomorrow. But someone, for heavens sake, please keep tabs on me and ask if I went Sunday! I feel horrible that I've fallen off the wagon.
