October Sleevers

Just wondering how many pounds people have lost. I’m not losing as fast as I thought I would. Down 61lbs and 3 sizes in jeans. Just wondering if I’m way behind or not. I know everyone is different but just curious.

I was 338 and now am 277. I just started using an app to keep better track of what I’m eating and now doing more exercises with the walking. Hoping this helps. I have had a lot of stalls.

It depends if you started at 400 lbs or 200 lbs.
I started at 298, and I am losing approximately 3.5 lbs a week with about 3 stalls lasting up to 10 days.
